Pro Door also warrants its 3 ply sandwich sections against delamination (steel skin separation) for 5 years. This is a summary of the Pro Door Manufacturing Limited Warranty for Residential Doors. The manufacturer’s written warranty governs.

What the manufacturer warranty does not cover

  • Labor. Pro Door repairs or replaces defective parts, and installation labor is not included
  • Second owners. Coverage is for the original purchaser and is not transferable
  • Commercial buildings or commercial use of a home garage
  • Abuse, accidents, dents, scratches or missing parts
  • Pressure washing, harsh cleaners, chemicals, fertilizer or road salt
  • Fire, hail, storms and other weather damage
  • Paint applied after installation
  • Rust from opener rail shavings left on the door
  • Skipped maintenance, alterations, or installs that did not follow instructions
  • Water getting in around the door. Garage doors are water resistant, not waterproof
