Our technician installed 44 feet of new Thermostop vinyl trim around the door frame. Thermostop is an exterior grade seal that closes the gap between the door and the frame while giving the opening a clean, finished look.

He also added more downward pressure to the door and reset the opener limits so the door seals firmly against the floor, then completed our 21 point inspection with lubrication of all moving parts.
