A Fort Smith homeowner called Elite Garage Door with a garage door stuck open and a broken pair of springs. Instead of patching an aging door, they chose a new insulated Pro Door, and our crew installed it from our warehouse stock.

The project
From Stuck Open to a Brand New Door
The homeowner called because their 16×7 garage door was stuck open and would not come down. When our technician arrived, he found a broken pair of torsion springs on an older door that was near the end of its life.
Rather than spend money on springs for a worn out door, the homeowner chose a new 16×7 Pro Door 4210 Series in white with a short raised panel design. We had the right door in our warehouse, so there was no wait for a factory order.
The new door is vinyl backed with an R-7 insulation value, which helps keep the garage more comfortable through Arkansas summers and winters and makes the door noticeably quieter. Our crew removed the old door, installed the new one, balanced it and tested everything before we left. The installation is backed by our lifetime workmanship warranty.
